Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Service Coverage

Hong Kong Local Delivery: Currently, we only provide delivery services within Hong Kong (including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and outlying islands serviced by SF Express).
International / Overseas Delivery: Overseas delivery services will be launched in the future. Specific launch dates and international shipping rates will be announced on our website in due course.

2. Delivery & Collection MethodsCustomers may select one of the following fulfillment options at checkout:

SF Express Door-to-Door Delivery: Delivery to local residential, commercial, or industrial addresses across Hong Kong.
SF Locker / SF Station Self-Pickup: Please ensure you enter the accurate SF Station/Locker network point code and a valid Hong Kong mobile number capable of receiving SMS or SF App collection notifications.
In-Store Pickup at Win Win Shop: Customers can place an order online and pick it up at our physical Win Win Shop store. Once your order is ready, we will notify you by email or phone. Please present your order confirmation when collecting your items.

3. Estimated Dispatch Time

In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 7 working days upon confirmation of received payment (excluding Sundays and Hong Kong public holidays).
Pre-Order / Backorder Items: Subject to the official release date and actual arrival date of the specific record or music product.
Combined Orders: If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the system will hold and dispatch the entire order together once all items have arrived. If you prefer to receive in-stock items first, please place separate orders or contact us via email at winwinonlineshophk@gmail.com or WhatsApp (+852 9448 6673) to inquire about split-shipment arrangements (additional shipping fees may apply).

4. Local Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold

Standard Local Shipping: Shipped via SF Express. The base rate starts at HK$31 for up to the first 1 kg.
Overweight or Oversized Items: For unusually heavy or bulky items (such as multi-disc vinyl box sets, collector's gift boxes, audio accessories, or bulk orders), delivery methods and actual shipping fees will be handled separately. We will contact you to confirm details prior to dispatch.
Free Shipping Offer: Orders with a net total of HK$1,000 or more qualify for free standard local delivery (excluding overweight/oversized items).
In-Store Pickup: Free of charge.

5. Shipment Tracking & Unclaimed PackagesOnce your package is dispatched, we will provide an SF Express waybill tracking number so you can track your delivery. Please monitor notifications from SF Express regarding delivery or smart locker pickups. Any additional expenses (including return shipping, locker storage surcharges, and re-dispatch fees) caused by incorrect shipping details, failure to receive delivery, or overdue pickup from a locker must be borne entirely by the buyer.
