Welcome to the "winwinshop" (威威店) online store (the "Online Store"), operated by KA WAH RECORD CO LTD. (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") through the platform provided by SHOPLINE LIMITED. By browsing the Online Store, registering as a member, or ordering any records (CDs / vinyl records) and music products (the "Products") from the Online Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Personal Information Collection Statement, the Cookies Statement, the Shipping Policy, and the Return and Exchange Policy (collectively, the "Terms"). The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice, and the amended Terms shall take effect immediately upon being posted on the Online Store.

1. Account Registration and Security

You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete personal and contact information when registering an account or submitting an order on the Online Store.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account login username and password, and you bear full responsibility for all activities and orders conducted under your account. 2. Product Descriptions, In-Stock Items, and Pre-Order Arrangements

Product Categories and Descriptions: The Online Store primarily sells records (CDs, LP vinyl records, cassette tapes) and related music products. While we strive to ensure that product images, tracklists, edition descriptions, and prices on the website are accurate, color variations may occur across different display monitors. In particular, for colored vinyl, splatter vinyl, or limited-edition records, the actual texture and color distribution may differ from the official mock-up images provided by record labels; the actual physical product shall prevail.
In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items are generally dispatched within 7 working days after payment confirmation.
Pre-Order Items: Estimated arrival dates for pre-order items are based on information provided by record distributors or suppliers. Actual release and arrival dates may vary due to record label production schedules, allocation limits, international logistics, or customs clearance delays. Once payment for a pre-order is confirmed, unilateral order cancellation or refund requests from the buyer will not be accepted, except where the distributor ultimately cancels the release or insufficient allocation prevents the Company from fulfilling the order. If supplier order cuts or allocation shortages prevent full fulfillment, the Company will allocate stock on a first-come, first-served basis according to order sequence and refund the relevant amount in full to customers whose orders cannot be fulfilled.

3. Pricing, Payment, and Order Confirmation

All product prices on the Online Store are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
When you complete the checkout process on the Online Store and receive an automated confirmation email generated by the system, it only signifies that we have received your order request; a sales contract is formally established only when the Company verifies stock availability and payment, and issues a confirmation notice or arranges shipment.
The Company reserves the final right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, system malfunctions, or stock shortages, and will refund in full any relevant amounts already paid by the customer.

4. Intellectual Property Statement

All content on the Online Store, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, photographs, audio and video clips, layout designs, and software, is the intellectual property of KA WAH RECORD CO LTD. or the respective record labels and copyright owners. No person may reproduce, republish, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of the Company or the relevant copyright owners.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. For any dispute arising from these Terms or transactions on the Online Store, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

6. Right of Final Decision

In the event of any dispute, Win Win Shop reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
